I've been with my boyfriend now for 6 months and all through this time he's been bugging me to have sex with him but I don't feel ready. I'm 21 and he's 22. It's not that I don't love him because I do, it's just I've never had sex before and would rather wait until I felt 100% sure about the whole thing. Should I just give in and get it over with?

Dear Wendy,

No I don't think you should just have sex to appease the loins of you're overly horny boyfriend. You should never feel pressured into something you don't want to do and he should respect that. Having sex when you're not ready to will make you resent your boyfriend and will couse problems between you to in the long run.

If he loves you he'll wait. If not find someone who will respect your wishes. Sex is about love, not war and it should never be about just doing it for the sake of doing it.
